Uryu is obviously a Quincy so don't even try it. Anybody with half a brain cell knows you can't compare him to someone like Orihime - even if you haven't read all of the manga.
Not to mention, Chad was already a tough fighter before he obtained his powers. His powers themselves are meant for the offensive - whereas Orihime's are mainly defense & healing. Orihime was thrust into this life of physical altercation that she had no experience in before - even as a human. And she doesn't not have even half of the battle experience that Chad had acquired during his time in Hueco Mundo.
